Hawaiian Slushy Drink
This is another way to put nutrients into your children's bodies. 
2 bananas 1/3 cup Splenda granular (or 1/3 cup sugar)

cups ice, or more

1

teaspoon of piña-pineapple sugar-free drink mix
1 (15 1/4-ounce) can crushed pineapple, undrained    

Combine the bananas, ice, pineapple, Splenda, and drink mix in a blender
Add water to the top of the blender.
Process on high for 30 to 45 seconds or until slushy.
Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
Yield: 6 (1-cup) servings

1-1/2 cups skim milk 5 tablespoons Splenda granular or 5 tablespoons sugar

Combine the ice, milk, banana, and Splenda in a blender.
Process on high for 30-45 seconds.
Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
