One Pot Spaghetti
This is a great "whip-it-up-fast" dinner.

(27 1/2-ounce) jars light pasta sauce

2

tablespoons grape jelly
1 pound ground turkey breast 16 ounces thin spaghetti, broken into 3-inch pieces
2 cups water    

Spray a nonstick Dutch oven or soup pot with nonfat cooking spray.
Combine the pasta sauce, ground turkey, water, and jelly in the prepared Dutch oven over high heat; mix well.
Bring to a boil and put the spaghetti into the sauce, stirring to coat well.
Reduce the heat to medium, cover, and boil for 10 minutes, stirring frequently.
Turn off the heat and let stand, covered, for 7 minutes.
Note: For a variation, you can substitute ground beef (eye of round) or Ground Meatless for the turkey.

Pork Stew
The aroma of the flavors makes your mouth water the moment you enter your home.

pounds pork loin, cut into 1/2-inch chunks with all fat removed

tablespoons minced garlic
2 (1-pound) bags frozen mixed vegetables for stew 1 teaspoon dried sage
2 (12-ounce) jars fat-free pork flavored gravy  1/2 teaspoon ground thyme

Put all the ingredients into a large soup pot over medium-high heat and stir together.
Allow the stew to come to a boil and reduce to medium-low heat.
Simmer for 20 to 30 minutes or until the pork is thoroughly cooked.
