Cheese Biscuits
I got this recipe idea from a favorite seafood restaurant.  Betcha don't have the slightest idea what restaurant that could be, do ya? These are not half as fattening, but don't let that fool you. These babies are delicious.
2 cups skim milk 2 teaspoons garlic salt

1

(8-ounce) package fat-free, fancy shredded cheddar cheese

5

cups reduced-fat biscuit mix
2 tablespoons Butter Buds Sprinkles 48 sprays I Can't believe It's Not Butter spray

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Spray two cookie sheets with nonfat cooking spray.
In a large mixing bowl pour the milk over the cheese and let it sit for 3 minutes.
Add the Sprinkles and garlic salt to the milk, stirring until they are dissolved.
Stir in the biscuit mix.  The dough will become very stiff.  You may find it easier to finish mixing with your hands.  Keep mixing until there is no biscuit mix on the bottom or sides of the bowl.
Drop the dough by rounded tablespoons onto the prepared cookie sheets.  This is easy to do with two spoons.
Bake for 15 to 17 minutes or until the tops are golden brown.
Spray each biscuit with 2 sprays of the I Can't Believe It's Not Butter before serving.
