Cheesy Potato and Broccoli Casserole
Now you can enjoy a cheesy casserole guilt free.

pound frozen fat-free shredded potatoes (hash browns)

1

(10 3/4-ounce) can fat-free broccoli cheese soup
1 (10-ounce) box frozen broccoli cuts 1 cut fat0free dairy creamer

Spray a slow cooker with nonfat cooking spray.
In the slow cooker mix together the potatoes, broccoli, soup, and creamer.
Cover and cook on low for 6 to 7 hours.
Yield: 8 (1/2-cup servings

Spiced Apples
These are so good, even thinking about them makes my mouth water.

Jonathan apples, peeled, cored, and sliced into 1/4-inch slices

teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 tablespoons Butter Buds Sprinkles 1/4 cup dark brown sugar
    2 tablespoons water

Spray a slow cooker with nonfat cooking spray.
In the slow cooker mix together the apples, Butter Buds, cinnamon, brown sugar, and water.
Cover and cook on high for 3 1/2 to 4 1/2 hours or on low for 7 to 9 hours.
Note: You can also make this as a pocket pouch (page 6).
